The size and flexibility of our business allows us to make a variety of products to meet the requests and needs of our customers. We hope to not only meet special requirements, but to do it deliciously!

NEW! Sprouted and Soaked Grains – Our Golden Whole Wheat is made with 100% soaked or sprouted grain flour. This process reduces anti-nutrients, increases some vitamins, and eases digestion. For more information on Golden Whole Wheat, see our Wheat Alternatives page.

Wheat Free – 100% Spelt and Woodstock (seed) Spelt bread are very popular with customers who don’t tolerate wheat in their diets. Spelt does contain gluten, but its mild nutty flavor is a favorite with many people. 100% Rye Sourdough bread is a dense, small loaf traditionally baked in northern European countries. Gluten Intolerant – Many people have gluten allergies so we have developed a line of gluten free breads. For more information see our Wheat Alternatives page.

Dairy Free – Most of our breads are made without any dairy products. Click here for more information.

No Refined Sugar – Almost all of our yeast breads are sweetened with either honey or molasses, and many of our sweets use either honey or evaporated cane juice as sweeteners. Click here for ingredient details.

No Sugar – Our 100% Whole Wheat Sourdough, 100% Rye Sourdough, Parmesan Garlic Sourdough, and Panza Sourdough breads are made with no sweeteners of any kind. Click here for baking schedule.

High Fiber – Since most of our bread varieties are whole grain, all are packed with the natural fiber from the bran of the grains. Check here for nutritional information on several breads with 5 grams of fiber per serving.

Whole Grains – The current surge in popularity of whole grains is nothing new to us at Great Harvest. We have been fresh grinding our whole grain flours and using them to bake our 18 + varieties of 100% whole grain breads for 26 years now. Click here (Ingredients) or here (Menu) to view our lineup.

Trans Fat Free – No ingredient that lists hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils (trans fats) on its label is used for making any of our bread or sweets.

Organic – Most of our breads are made with non-organic grains, but we continue to introduce more varieties made from 100% organic flour. These include Spelt, Woodstock Spelt, Dark Rye, Organic Wheat, Rye Sourdough, and Whole Wheat Sourdough.
