June Special - Raspberry Poundcake!
Thanks to Barbie's Berries in Ferndale, WA for providing us with local berries for delicious breads all summer long! For the month of June, we have Raspberry Poundcake - a sweet loaf with local berries and a touch of almond extract. Baked Tuesday-Friday until June 29th!

Grain Grinding Mill "Dressed"
If our whole grain breads seem to have a finer texture lately, it is because Hank, our mill technician from North Carolina, just "dressed" the granite stones inside the mill that grind the grain into flour. He chisels the stones to a sharp and exacting surface to produce flour with a fine smooth texture without heating the flour in the process.
